These Terms of Use govern your use of the WEYA website. They are separate from the service agreements WEYA enters into when delivering NDIS supports, which contain their own legal terms.

Information accuracy

We aim to keep all information on this site accurate and current. Clinical claims and condition descriptions are general in nature and not a substitute for individual clinical advice.

Use of content

All content on this site, including the WEYA name and logo, is the property of Weya - Whoever You Are Pty Ltd. You may share links to this site, but commercial use of content without written permission is not permitted.

Enquiries and forms

Information submitted via enquiry and referral forms is treated in line with our Privacy Policy. Submission does not create a service agreement until WEYA confirms engagement in writing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WEYA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Service-related liabilities are governed by the relevant NDIS service agreement.
