We hire support workers who want to be good at this. Calm under pressure, clear communicators, willing to keep learning. Cert 3 is a starting point, not a finish line. The WEYA Clinical Training Framework picks up where Cert 3 leaves off.

You will not rotate across twenty unfamiliar participants. WEYA assigns small dedicated teams. You learn the routine, the family, the equipment, and you stay.
